To help you keep up with the busier spring and summer months ahead, we’re continuing to update the platform. From filtering reservations to an easier way to edit and view gift cards, our latest GXM updates will transform how you and your team work. 

Here’s what’s new and updated in Superb’s GXM. 

Update gift cards with ease 

Gift cards are a simple way to increase your revenue and a great way for loyal customers to share their love with friends and family. And they’re not just for Christmas. From anniversaries to Mother’s Day, gift cards make great just-because gifts, too. 

We’ve made it easier to quickly customise the expiration period of your gift cards. 

In the Apps section, go to Gift Cards. Under 'Gift card expiration', choose the amount of time (how long the card will be valid). Click save. The end.  

If you're not using gift cards to increase revenue, reach out and we'll help you get started. 

Superb’s GXM gift cards

To help you work even smarter with gift cards, we’ve added the amount of the gift card in the overview on our RES app.

Why is that important? It gives you a chance to upsell to guests when they come in to redeem their gift cards. It’s easy for your team to see the card value and add on any extra charges.

Filter reservations by experience 

You’re busy during service. You know it. We know it. 

To help you save time, you can add the ‘No Experience’ filter to your reservation list on the RES app for iPad. It’s a great way to separate group bookings by pre-booked experiences, giving you and your team a better, more complete overview during service.

Everyone on your team has different needs. Some need to know what’s happening now. Others need a monthly overview. 

To make it easy for everyone on your team to access the right information, use the 4 different viewing options on your Dashboard. 

Here’s a quick rundown of the different overviews of your reservations —  Dashboard views. 

  • DAY VIEW is the Dashboard's default viewing mode. 
  • Use the TABLE PLAN for an overview of your floor plan. 
  • LIST VIEW breaks down all of your bookings in a list, complete with guest information and notes. 
  • For weekly and monthly totals and an overview of your total bookings, check out MONTH VIEW.

Switch between views to find what works best for you and your team.

Stay up-to-date on what’s new and happening at Superb

In addition to these latest updates, we’ve also launched a way for you to stay in the know on the latest product updates. 

From the platform, open the Chat function in the bottom right-hand corner. Here you’ll find ‘Announcements’ — the place where we post new features and improvements to the platform.
