Control the way you see reservations. With 4 different viewing options available, Superb’s Guest Experience Management platform (GXM) makes it easy to have a clear overview of your tables, rooms and occupancy.

You’ll have a complete overview of your tables and bookings at a glance. It's all about putting your team at the heart of the platform and how it works. Quickly switch between viewing options to find the one that works best for you and your team.

The GXM Dashboard is loaded with features that help you run your restaurant or bar better. That includes how you view reservations, booked tables, open tables, and more.

Choose between 4 different viewing options:

  • DAY VIEW shows all daily bookings for today, tomorrow, and next week.
  • Use the TABLE PLAN for an overview of your restaurant’s floor plan.
  • LIST VIEW breaks down all of your bookings in a list, complete with guest information and notes.
  • For weekly and monthly totals and an overview of your total bookings, check out MONTH VIEW.

View bookings by day

Superb’s GXM makes reservations easy and flexible.

In Day View, you’ll see a grid with your different rooms and tables on the left.

Superb’s GXM platform allows you to break up your restaurant or bar into different areas such as terrace, upstairs, downstairs, bar, etc. This makes it easier for staff and quicker for you to see which rooms are your busiest and plan better for the future.

From this view, you’ll have a full overview of bookings for today, tomorrow and next week.

View reservations by floor plan

Superb’s Guest Experience Management platform gives you control over how you view bookings.

Viewing the Table Plan lets you see where tables are placed in your restaurant and how they’re divided by rooms.

With Superb’s GXM platform you can set up your table plan exactly like it is in your actual restaurant. This gives you a complete digital image of your space and is valuable for your team… especially new servers and staff.

Viewing by table plan shows you exactly how many people are seated at any given table. You’ll know which tables are open, the size of each open table and where you can seat walk-ins and large groups.

View all bookings as a list

Make it easy for staff to view bookings and assign open tables with Superb’s GXM.

If lists are your thing, use the List View to see all reservations for the day as a list. You’ll see the guest's name, room, table, time, number of guests, status and duration.

You’ll see available, reserved, and occupied tables at a glance and can seat guests without any delay and allocate open tables for walk-ins.

Checking out the List View is also a great way for staff to start their shift — get a quick overview of reservations and what the day looks like.

Have a calendar overview of reservations

The Month View option is the best way to plan ahead and make sure you have enough staff scheduled. You’ll see a complete overview of the month’s bookings and the total number of guests coming in. Plus, weekly and daily totals are also listed.

Each day you’ll see the number of reservations, number of guests, and anyone on the waiting list.

4 viewing options — one goal

The best part about these different ways to view your reservations is that you can quickly switch between them. We know that what works for you might not work for your team. That’s why we’ve made viewing reservations easy and flexible — so your entire restaurant or bar succeeds.
